BLT and Friends (Blind, Lame and Talker)-Josh, Project Manager january 19, 2012
We have a client that has a disability who is wanting some work done but before we get the job he has asked that we complete this exercise to have a better understanding of people with disabilities along with develop better communication skills.
Disabilities for each team member:
Kari and Ashley-Blind (will need blindfolds over their eyes and legs tied together)
Brittany and Casey-Lame (tie hands and tape mouth)
Gabe-Talker (will have one hand tied behind is back)
Team members must work together to navigate the entire team from one location to another and to prove this the project manager will take a picture of the group at each location.
Attached is the project management quick reference guide, please use the steps in order to insure you complete your project with minimum changes. Remember everyone is part of the planning.
*Project Manager you are only to give advice, guidance, direction and resources when necessary. You are in charge of safety as well.
Locations
Locate the item where there are wrapped or packaged things and it will sometimes give you change
Locate where creativity, skill and knowledge is shared using a black background
Locate what flies high in the sky and gets us from point a to point b
Locate the friendly face that welcomes you to building A
The client is expecting the photos to be emailed to him by 10:45 a.m., please email them to the CEO for verification and she will forward them on.
